12 Minute Stir Fry

12 minute Stir Fry*

  1. Toss boneless skinless chicken breast in: olive or sesame oil, soy sauce, and white pepper, add cayenne if you’d like an extra kick
  2. Grill chicken on foreman grill
  3. While chicken is grilling, take a package of frozen stir fry mix and heat at medium in a pan with 2 tbs of sesame or olive oil (covered with lid)Add a small amount of Kikkoman Stir Fry Sauce (sold next to soy sauce in the store)to vegetables in pan, stir to coat, and recover until tender, stirring occasionally
  4. Cook 5 minute instant white rice at the same time as vegetables
  5. When chicken is done, chop it into small pieces, and add to the pan with vegetables, then add additional stir fry sauce and stir to coat. Then recover for 3-5minutes cooking on low, and stirring occasionally.
  6. The rice should be complete by now, remove vegetables with chicken and serve over rice.
  7. Add soy sauce for extra flavor, and you can bake frozen pot stickers, or crab rangoon if you’d like to add an appetizer.

*Chicken can be changed to steak or shrimp. As a vegetarian option, you can use hearty / savory mushrooms like Baby Bella, Porchini, or Portabello as a meat substitute.

If you do not have a foreman grill, slice the chicken into 1 inch medallions and pan saute.
